Q. When should I take my Active Heart  vitamins by Vital Complex?
A. It is best taken with food to ensure proper absorption and utilization.

Q. How soon should I expect results from my Active Heart vitamins by Vital
Complex?
A. Responses vary from person to person depending on their particular body
chemistry. Typically, one should be able to see measurable results in 4-6 weeks*. It is
important to continue healthy eating, exercise, healthy living and your regular doctor
visits.

Q. Should I expect some flushing from the Niacin in your product?
A. Active Heart vitamins contains niacinamide which usually does not cause flushing.

Q. Are any of the ingredients contraindicated if I take prescription
medications?
A. Always check with the prescribing doctor if you are on prescription drugs.

Q. Is there any problem with taking other supplements alongside Vital
Complex?
A. You may not want to take additional fish oil capsules when taking Vital Complex,
especially if you’re on blood thinners. Check with your physician if your on blood
thinners.

Q. Is there any problem taking vitamin E?
A. The vitamin E in Vital Complex is only 60 I.U. for three capsules and is in the
natural form. This should pose no problem for most individuals. Recent studies suggest
that (800 IU) high doses of Vitamin E are not helpful.

Q. I’m trying to lose weight. Will this formula affect my appetite?
A. The combination of ingredients should not have any adverse effect on your appetite
when taken according to directions.

Q. Is it best to take Active Heart vitamins before or after exercising?
A. It would work better if taken before exercise to help protect cells from free radical
damage.

Q. Should I keep the supplements in refrigerator?
A. No. They should be stored in a cool, dark place

Q. I am allergic to shell fish can I take Fatty acids?
A Yes, if your allergy is purely to shell fish you can. If on the other hand, if you have
allergies to fish then we recommend going to an allergy physician to determine if you
really are allergic to fish. If you are allergic to fish then you should not.
