 Dear Vital Complex,
      I am 79 years young.I've had a triple heart by-pass in 1989 and 3 stents put in my heart arteries
in late 90's.
I have always suffered from high blood pressure.I have tried all medicines with their side affects,the
last was the patch.Mid July I started vital Complex and by mid August my BP was normal.I regularly
check it and it is always in the normal range.My breathing is a bit improved and so is my energy.This I

I started taking the Active Heart Vitamins about six weeks ago as
protection against heart disease.  I am 59 and overweight with high
blood pressure and above average cholesterol.  Because of a knee
injury 40 years ago, my doctors have suggested a knee replacement.  I
have been in horrendous pain and walked with a very noticeable limp.  
I have also taken naproxen tablets for ten years and glucosamine &
chondroitin along with two different blood pressure medications.  For
about 3 weeks I have noticed great relief in my knee pain and I am now
walking much better.

I believe this addition of Active Heart Vitamins, along with my other
medications, has made a tremendous difference in my knee pain.  For
whatever reason or chemical combination, there has been a change in
my ability to do physical work and do normal daily activities.  This
